Sanitary/phytosanitary certificate message
A Sanitary/Phytosanitary Certificate permits an inspection authority to attest to the status (health, hygiene, freedom from disease or insect pests) of animal, plant or fish product, and provides basic details about the means of conveyance of that product.

C(9) : Free textA segment specifying textual information in code or clear form, to give further clarification where required to the entire certificate. The segment should be used for any declarations or inspection comments relevant to the entire certificate.
